Tender Description
LVRC is seeking Tenders, from interested parties, to lease the facility under a contracted Arrangement to manage and operate its own business within the facility. It is preferable that the facility be utilised as a sports/gym however, Council will consider any alternative business models proposed. Your business model must be provided through the Response Schedules section 5.4.
