Tender Description
The Hoarding and Squalor Reduction Initiative is Council’s strategic project that includes the procurement of specialist cleaning services for properties experiencing severe domestic squalor and/or compulsive hoarding. The specialist cleaning services provided under the initiative address the affected individual’s specific requirements, with a specific, person-centred approach provided for each client.
