Tender Description
The Dorado Project is a greenfield oil development located offshore WA approximately 150km northwest of Port Hedland comprising of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO), Wellhead platform (WHP) and various subsea (SURF) equipment.
Scope of Work:
10 offshore development wells:
• 3 x Cased & Perforated Oil Producers (Dual-Zone)
• 2 x Horizontal Gravel-Pack Oil Producers (Single-Zone)
• 1 x Gravel-Pack Oil Producer (Single-Zone)
• 2 x Sand-Screen Gas Injectors (Dual-Zone)
• 1 x Cased & Perforated Gas Producer (Dual-Zone)
• 1 x Cased & Perforated Gas Produces (Single-Zone)
Required fluid systems to support the above well types:
• Weighted and unweighted gel (mixture of pump and dump)
• Weighted inhibitive WBM with wellbore strengthening material
• Unweighted inhibitive WBM reservoir drill-in fluid (RDIF)
• Breaker(s) for RDIF
• Completion brines, perforation plugging pills and wellbore clean-up systems
To support this scope the Contract must include:
• Materials
− Palletised Chemicals
− Bulk Liquids (Muds & Brines)
− Bulk Powders (Barite & Bentonite)
• Facilities
− Liquid Mud Plant
− Chemical Storage
− Field Support Laboratory
• Personnel
− Field Engineers
− Onshore support staff
• Established logistics
− International shipments of materials
− Internal transfers from other operating locations,
e.g. Perth / Darwin / Broome
