Chisholm Institute (Chisholm) is providing forward notice of its intention to procure project management services under a two (2) phase process consisting of an open Expression of Interest (EOI) to shortlist suitably qualified organisations to participate in an Invitation to Supply (ITS) phase. The project management services are to cover detailed design and service development, and construction and superintendent services.
The construction project is pending final funding approval likely to be obtained by late 2020.
