Link Housing is a Registered Community Housing Provider and one of the largest Community Housing Providers in NSW. Link Housing provides long-term social and transitional housing, housing for people living with a disability, and a range of financial assistance packages to support eligible people more readily access housing in the private rental market. Link Housing manages almost 4,000 properties across 25 Local Government Areas.

This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks suitably capable and qualified Contractor to undertake asset maintenance including cyclical services across Link Housing's portfolio of properties at various sites throughout the Greater Sydney area as and when required for an initial four (4) year period from 1 July 2021 to 1 July 2025, with a 1 x 2-year option to extend this initial term, exercisable at Link Housing's sole discretion.

The tender is based on Schedule of Rates for the general services and Fixed Sum for Cyclical Services.
