Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for design and construction of a new rainwater collection system that will capture, transfer, and pre-treat rainwater from Concord Oval, to an existing stormwater harvesting plant on Cintra Park, located immediately to the east of the Concord Oval site.
