Scope of Work
1. Provision of all labour, plant, equipment and materials to construct Cat 2 Region D rated shade structure, including but not limited to;
a) Fabrication & Installation of structural steel (HDG)
b) Civil and concrete works
c) Structural steel erection
d) Purlins, bracing and bridging
e) Roof claddings and flashings
f) Louvres - Cyclone rated
g) Handrails
h) Associated works
Works to be completed by registered building contractor with all applicable licenses and qualifications
