Tender Description
The Goods shall be in accordance with the drawings, process requirements and specifications and suitable for the duty outlined in the Supply List shown in Section 3.1. Works shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
• Design, supply, fabrication, painting, trial assembly and packaging for delivery of the CHP HDPE Pipe Scope and Specification including:
- All HDPE pipe and fittings listed in the CHP HDPE Pipe Supply List
• All project management required to manage the design, manufacture, testing and delivery of the Goods.
• All ancillary items normally supplied with or required to adjust and maintain all components associated with the Goods.
• Mechanical couplers shall be supplied complete with required gaskets, lubricant, bolts, nuts and washers.
• Shop assembly and testing in accordance with Section 5.
• Packaging and temporary support of all supplied Goods, suitable for road and sea (if required) transport to Site and suitable for storage in exposed conditions, in accordance with Section 5.3.
• Delivery terms for the Goods shall be: DAP (Incoterms 2010) Site in compliance with the Drivers Code of Conduct.
• Implementation and management of a quality assurance system in accordance with Section 6.
• Provision of all Supplier data in accordance with Section 7.
