2020 Rehabilitation of Oliver Street and Wellington Street

⁠⁠⁠The scope of work is for rehabilitation, and /or reconstruction for the following sections of roads within Shire of Northam (Townsite).

1. Oliver Street SLK 0 - 0.41 From Peel Terrace to Byfield Street, Northam -Work is to be completed as soon possible and no later than within 3 months of the award date. Drawing ES-3124-RD-001, drawing is for the reference only. The contractor is to visit the site and satisfied themselves of the proposed works and their tender submission.
2. Wellington Street SLK 0.53 - 0.83 From Gordon Street to Grey Street, Northam. Drawing ES-3123-RD-001, drawing is for the reference only. The contractor is to visit the site and satisfied themselves of the proposed works and their tender submission. - Works to be completed during school holiday periods from. This proposed site is within the town centre therefore fronting a shopping centre, other businesses and the School.
