Winton's Waltzing Matilda Centre is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Cafe Operators to manage - The Tuckerbox Cafe. An opportunity exists for an experienced Operator to take on the Management Services Agreement of the cafe which has a seating capacity of approximately 90. The cafe is required to be open during the Waltzing Matilda Centre (WMC) opening hours (9:00am-5:00pm) daily, with opening hours or function venue opportunities open for negotiation with the successful applicant.
