Waka Kotahi is seeking expertise and technology to support us to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our regulatory practices. We require a solution that will help us to:
• Achieve a consistent view of regulated entities (individuals and organisations using the land transport system that must comply with regulation), our interactions with them and their various regulated permissions,
• Manage the lifecycle of regulated entities with standardised operational processes,
• Target our regulatory effort based on risk,
• Improve the experience of regulated entities when interacting with us, and
• Support affordable, ongoing change to reflect Waka Kotahi’s evolving regulatory practices.
A presentation for potential Respondents will be provided to cover the objectives of the RFP.
