Tender Description
Logan City Council is calling tenders for the disposal of the Flagstone Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) equipment and demountable structures. The WWTP is located at 30 Outlook Crescent, Flagstone. The equipment that is for sale as is and where is.
The WWTP is designed for treating 4,000 equivalent populations and consists of inlet works equipment, membrane filtration and various miscellaneous mechanical equipment. A containerised control room, relocatable toilet and various sheds also exist on site.
Tenderers are required to undertake their own investigations as to the condition of equipment and structures, including suitability for their proposed use. This tender also requires that the Tenderer dismantle and remove the selected items from the site.
The Tenderer will be responsible for the removal of the equipment at their own expense. Tenderers are able to nominate which items they would like to be considered for, in accordance with the item list break down (Attachment 1 Asset Equipment List).
The Tenderer is not required to purchase all equipment within this request for tender package, in order to submit a tender response. Tenderers do have the opportunity to tender for all or as many items as they wish.
