Expressions of interest: Lease of Barcaldine Airport Terminal

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest to lease a portion of the Barcaldine Airport Terminal for the purposes of a business that will advertise and compliment the Barcaldine Regional Council area.

Conditions of the lease will include but not limited to the following:

1. Cleaning will be at the expense of the Lessee.
2. Maintenance of the building will be at Council’s expense.
3. A waiting area will need to be maintained for passengers and guests. Access to this waiting area must be available at all times that a flight is scheduled.

1. Name and business details
2. Proposal for the use of this area
3. Proposed rental value
