Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from parties with the capability, vision and experience for the operation of the cafe/kiosk (currently trading as the Snack Shack) on the Brooms Head Reserve.

The EOI documents can be obtained at no charge by registering and downloading from: www.clarence.nsw.gov.au/tenders from Friday October 9, 2020.

A non-mandatory pre-EOI onsite meeting will be held at 11am, Wednesday October 21, 2020. Registration is requested to attend the meeting, by emailing council@clarence.nsw.gov.au (quoting EOI20/35 in email Subject) or calling 6641 7355.

All tender inquiries are to be directed to Kylee Baker via the online forum. EOIs may be submitted electronically or by hardcopy in accordance with the instructions included in the EOI documentation by no later than 3pm, Wednesday November 4, 2020.
