Tender Description
This Request for Tender seeks tenders from qualified audit firms capable of performing the external audits of five (5) cultural institutions on behalf of the Auditor- General for NSW (Auditor-General).
The Auditor-General (the Principal) will enter into a contract in the form of the ‘Agreement to Provide Auditing Services’ (the Head Agreement) with the successful tenderer to provide external audit services to the Principal.
For the audits with a 30 June year-end, the contract will cover the audits of the financial years ending 30 June 2021 to 30 June 2023 with an option to extend for the 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025 financial years. For the audit of the National Art School, the contract will over the audits of the financial years ending 31 December 2020 to 31 December 2022, with an option to extend for the 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024 financial years.
