Tender Description
Development Victoria intends to engage a suitable contractor for the delivery of a major road and civil construction works package located in Epping North.
A Selective Tender will be conducted with bidders invited from the VicRoads Prequalification Scheme. Bidders will be required to be prequalified to Road Construction Level R3 and Financial Level F010.
Tender documentation including a Request for Proposal will be made available to invited bidders from early November 2020.
The tender will be awarded on a construct only basis, with the successful bidder appointed under an amended AS2124 contract.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement, Local Industry Participation and Social Procurement Framework requirements.
