Tender Description
PWC is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Proponent’s capable of conducting a diagnostic assessment of its current supply chain operating model in order to make recommendations to optimise operations and financial savings. It is PWC’s desire to have the diagnostic Phase finalised, with a proposed implementation plan complete by December 2020.
This may be achieved by:
- Review of current PWC frameworks and internal controls,
- realignment of the supply chain functions to PWC’s operating model,
- standardisation of roles and responsibilities for supply chain functions across the Corporation, and
- development of a staged implementation plan
