MRC Ledger System Upgrade to Microsoft Cloud Based Solution

The Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is inviting tenders for the provision of services to upgrade the MRC ledger system to a cloud based solution.

Tender documents will be available from Wednesday 7 October 2020. Your request for tender documents must be made by email. Please send your request for tender documents to: tender@mrc.wa.gov.au.

Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory Zoom Tender Briefing at 10am WST on Wednesday 14 October 2020. Please confirm with tender@mrc.wa.gov.au of your attendance at this briefing by Tuesday 13 October at 12pm WST and a link will be provided.

Tender responses must be emailed to tender@mrc.wa.gov.au clearly marked "Confidential" and include the words "Tender number 13/145" in the subject line by no later than the deadline of 12pm WST on Wednesday 28 Oc tober 2020. If the Submission is greater than 20 Mb, sending multiple emails is permitted, being marked as Part 1 of 2 (for example).

If the Tenderer canvasses any of the Principal's Councillors with a view to influencing the acceptance of any Tender the Principal may at its absolute discretion omit the Tenderer from consideration.
