Tender Description
Queen Charlotte College wishes to create an appropriate environment to assist in the delivery of it cultural programmes. This will be achieved by the creation of a Whare Ako in one of its current classroom blocks.
The college seeks expression of interests from suitably qualified and experienced main building contractors that are capable of delivering high quality outcomes for this high profile project.
The preferred commencement on site date is early January 2021, however contractors who can not start on this date will ne be precluded from the final tender list. The school is open to negotiating the project programme.
