Invitation to Tender for a contractor for the works required to provide the replacement of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant and equipment at the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC) in Burelli Street Wollongong. The IPAC building is approximately 30 years old and a number of major HVAC equipment items are either at or near the end of useful service life.
