Tamworth Regional Council is seeking to enter into a long term arrangement with a number of contractors for the provision of commissioning and support services for SCADA and PLC Systems.
Council operates seven (7) water and four (4) wastewater supply systems that cater for in excess of 50,000 customers.
Sites are of various designs and differing conditions and include but not limited to the following:
- Bores including dosing plants and monitoring systems;
- Sewage Pump stations
- Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
- Booster pump stations
- Reservoirs
Support services will include planned and/or unplanned support services, assessment, evaluation, design, installation/implementation and testing/commissioning of all necessary software and field hardware, for all systems
Council is seeking contractors with familiarity and experience with delivering the services as outlined in the specification with particular emphasis on experience with:
- Omron CJ2 PLC programing and diagnostics
- Citect SCADA v8
- Site Commissioning
- Provision of support services remotely and onsite
- Trio Data Radio diagnostics and programming
