Tender Description
The City of Bayswater ('the City') is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.
The City owns and operates several recreation and community centres, including the Morley Sport and Recreation Centre ('the Centre') which is located adjacent to Pat O'Hara Reserve in Morley.
The City has received a State Government contribution towards the staged redevelopment of the Centre, including additional indoor courts, amenities and car parks ('the Works').
The City has appointed a Project Manager/Superintendent and is now tendering for the design and construction of the Works. The key requirements for the appointed contractor will be maintaining access for existing users of the Centre during the Works and meeting the
timeframes for completion.
The detailed requirements are set out in the Principal's Project Requirements ('PPR') and drawings.
