Construction of Cook Reserve Playspace

Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.
The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.

Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council requires a suitably experienced Principal Contractor to construct a new playground and outdoor fitness area at Cook Reserve, Ruse. The scope of works include site preparation and establishment, demolition, bulk earthworks, drainage, Hardworks including pavements, edges, and walls; Softworks including planting, mulching, soil works and turf; furniture and fixtures including seating, picnic settings and shelters; Playground and Outdoor Fitness Facilities including safety softfall surfaces, play equipment, outdoor fitness equipment and shade sails; supply and installation of unisex amenities building; and 13 week maintenance to the site following practical completion.
