Offsite Records Storage and Associated Services

⁠⁠⁠Finance is seeking a strategic partner to store its physical records holdings and support stockpile reduction and service enhancement.

The Supplier must provide:
• Secure storage of physical records up to and including PROTECTED security classification level
• Lodgement and retrieval services
• Secure, compliant records destruction
• Reporting on records holdings and actions.

Finance may also seek as optional services:
• Digitisation of files on retrieval
• Digitisation of files and other physical records
• Sentencing
• Bulk project retrievals
• Secure transport of records.
