Tender Description
This Advance Notice is an invitation to Legal Services providers who are able to meet registration requirements for an upcoming close tender opportunity for the supply of legal services to support the consenting and property workstreams for the Eastern Busway Alliance (EBA).
The legal provider will be a key adviser to the EBA, and engaged under a Non Engineering Professional Services Agreement with appropriate commercial incentivisation to align with EBA objectives.
