Tender Description
This call for expressions of interest (EOI) is seeking suitably qualified Building Contractors with a proven track record of delivering brownfield, regionally located, education projects.
Refurbishment works to Block A and Block B including new reception, offices, staff room, sick bay and amenities.
Architectural and Structural plans will be issued for tender accompanied by a design / performance brief allowing the services to be Designed & Constructed.
