Delivery of a Waste Services Software Solution

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Proposals for the Delivery of a Waste Services Software Solution. The solution is to replace Council’s existing Integrated Customer Contact System (ICCS) system, the Waste Collection software that supports waste service provision for every resident in the city, across approximately 490,000 properties and approximately one million bins. While the solution is expected to require some bespoke development (e.g. waste service location management), the preference is for the solution to meet requirements with existing product modules or tools where available (e.g. Work/Field Management). It is expected the solution should support rapid extension/customisation as business needs change over time.
