Tenders are invited for the Minor Physical Works and Services Contract from Contractors registered under the Transport for New South Wales Registration Scheme for Construction Industry Contractors in Category X Building Demolition for the demolition of existing properties and associated works at Lookout Road, New Lambton Heights, as an early works package for the Newcastle Bypass, Rankin Park to Jesmond Project.

A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at No. 94 – No. 110 Lookout Road, New Lambton Heights, on 1 October 2020 at 10.00am.  Attendance is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.

The NSW Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to any successful applications being awarded.
