Invite to Industry Briefing_Future Road Corridor Maintenance & Renewals Contracts (Tranche 1) – Urban Central, Urban South and Rural South

⁠⁠⁠Purpose

This Notice is to invite suitably experienced and capable road maintenance and renewal contractors to an upcoming Auckland Transport Industry Briefing that will outline our planned approach to the procurement of future road corridor maintenance and renewal contracts in the Auckland region, specifically our first tranche of contracts for the Urban Central, Urban South and Rural South areas.

Contractors must pre-register their interest in attending and Auckland Transport will confirm acceptance, prior to the briefing. Note: Auckland Transport reserves the right to request evidence of road maintenance and renewal experience and capability and, if required, exclude contractors who are unable to demonstrate adequate experience, capability and resources to act in a head contractor capacity for these contracts.

Attendance Precondition

Only those contractors who intend bidding for one or more of these contracts in a head contractor capacity may register their interest in attending (i.e., this briefing is not open directly to subcontractors, consultants or supply chain partners, however, potential head contractors may include representatives from these groups in their attendance group).

Note: Due to room size, contractors are restricted to up to four (4) attendees per organisation.
