Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction of a new retail facility / thrift shop, located on campus at the Kuraby Special School. Coffey have been engaged by Kuraby Special School/Department of Education, QLD(DOE) to provide Project Management services for the delivery of the project.
The project will involve construction of a structure with internal floor space of approx. 100m2 to serve as a Thrift Shop run by school students for the benefit of the school and wider community. This building will have disability access to the adjacent school hall and to the school boundary on Winifred Street, which will serve as the public entrance to the shop
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a valid QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works, and demonstrate that they can meet all Tender Conditions.
