Local Government Procurement (LGP) has been established to provide a fully integrated procurement service to councils and associated organisations in NSW. LGP was established by Local Government NSW on behalf of its members to create a procurement operation dedicated to meeting the specific needs of Local Government. Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) invites tenders for the provision of: Library Books, Resource Materials and Furniture.

Scope of Requirements: 

a) Requirement 1 - Books (Monographs)

b) Requirement 2 - Electronic Books

c) Requirement 3 - Audio Visual Materials

d) Requirement 4 - Languages Other than English (LOTE) Services

e) Requirement 5 - Shelf Ready and End Processing Services

f) Requirement 6 - Streaming Services

g) Requirement 7 - Library Furniture

A non-refundable fee of $88 dollars (incl. GST) is payable to download the RFT documentation.Will accept payment using most of the leading brand credit cards. Once you have made payment click on: "Proceed to the Evaluation Portal to view or respond to this tender".

Lodgement: Submissions should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box  by the time and date nominated. Late, emailed or facsimiled submissions will not be accepted.

Non-Mandatory Tender Briefing: A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held at on Thursday, 1 October 2020 at 10:00am via Webinar only. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to participate. Interested parties should pre-register participation by registering at click here

Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Council members or officers, involved in the RFT process, will disqualify tenderers from the tender process
