Total Mobility Transport Operators

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Quotes (RFQ) invites small passenger service operators to quote for the delivery of on-demand door to door services available to the public generally, registered with the Council, and approved by the Council for the provision of Total Mobility Services.
Key deliverables:

• to deliver a consistently high level of service and value for money for customers and Council.
• to include additional providers for door to door transport services that are safe, reliable and secure
• to include additional operators with accessible cars and modified vans fitted with a ramp or hoist capable of transporting a person using a wheelchair
