The City Renewal Authority will be undertaking a Request for Quotation process to engage a supplier to develop a Portal of Interactive Engagement.
The City Renewal Authority is seeking to produce an interactive geospacial communications tool to effectively convey key projects relating to the future of our city precinct. The concept is to demonstrate, communicate and engage on design and development projects, and the vision for the city precinct. This proposed portal will be a high quality, consistent and engaging product that aims to include 3D precinct imagery and renders, project specific fly-throughs, and, visually outstanding project landing pages and better content
As part of this pre-tender consultation process the City Renewal Authority will be conducting a non-mandatory virtual briefing session, to be held via Microsoft Teams, to provide further information to suppliers interested in participating in the Request for Quotation process.
Suppliers interested in participating in in this Request for Quotation and virtual briefing session are to email the City Renewal Authority at cityrenewal@act.gov.au.
Registrations for the virtual briefing session close at 5 pm on Monday 28 September 2020. Registrations of interest in participating in the Request for Quotation process close at 4:00 pm on Friday 2 October 2020.
Following this pre-tender consultation process, some or all suppliers that have registered their interest will be invited by the City Renewal Authority directly to submit a quotation.
