Tender Description
Open Arms within the Department of Veteran’s Affairs has an existing internal resource hub based on the Confluence platform – the staff hub, otherwise known as CORE – Communication and Operations Resource Exchange.
CORE was created quickly to manage dissemination of information and policies during the early stages of COVID-19 changes to business practices.
Open Arms now requires a fixed-price Confluence design and re-development solution to be delivered within a 6 month period.
