Tender Description
The Social Services Accreditation (SSA) team is embedded within MSD and accredits social service providers on behalf of the Ministry of Social Development, Oranga Tamariki, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, the Ministry for Pacific Peoples and the Department of Corrections.
The purpose of Social Services Accreditation is to provide government and communities with independent assurance that social service providers can deliver safe, quality services to New Zealanders.
The currently system is a bespoke system that is fourteen years old and no longer meets the SSA teams needs.
We are looking to procure the following:
- An implementation and support partner who can integrate a complete solution for SSA and provide hosting and software licensing
- A COTS modular service which can be personalised and deliver the core functionality
