Tender Description
The Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES), as part of its operational capability is involved in Road Crash Rescue (RCR) and is required to perform extraction type rescue tasks. QFES incorporates Fire and Rescue Service (FRS), Rural Fire Service (RFS) and State Emergency Services (SES). RCR equipment will be utilised on new appliance builds with current items being replaced and upgraded when required.
The principal has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for a period of three (3) years with the provision for further extensions of up to an additional 72 months, subject to satisfactory supplier performance and the Department’s ongoing requirements.
