The redevelopment of the Quirindi Library Precinct is designed to be architecturally more user friendly and sustainable with a strong focus on attracting more users of all age groups. When completed the Library will be an important community hub serving as a contemporary multi-purpose area with modern facilities and improved activity space.
Council is seeking Tender Submissions from experienced construction contractors experienced in renovating building facilities. Scope of Work includes expansion of library floor space, earthworks, structural, carpentry, concreting, reroofing, reflooring, upgrade building services: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire Service, construction of pergola and landscaping. These works will be procured by open tender arrangements.
A compulsory pre tender briefing for interested contractors will be held on Thursday 1st October 2020, 9am at the Quirindi Library, 193 George St, Quirindi NSW 2343.
