RoadTek are required to undertake slope protection works on the Hervey Range Development Road -various locations. A visit to site is mandatory prior to submission of tender and can be arranged by contacting David Stevens on 0400 792 105. These services are to be in accordance with but not limited to the noted current Transport and Main Roads Standard, MRTS03, MRTS04, MRTS51, MRTS70, MRTS52 and associated document requirements

Tenders are to be aware that the award of this Contract is subject to the availability of approved Project funding at the time of acceptance and award of tender.

The project overview:

Contractor to supply provision for traffic

Clearing and grubbing along catch fences, drainage lines and slips

Excavation to clear slip debris including berms and new drainage lines

Removal of boulders from drainage lines and culverts

Fibre reinforced shotcreting to slopes and drains

Survey prior to and at completion of works (as constructed)

Supply and installation of rockfall catchfences

RoadTek require this work to be completed by 60 days from date of acceptance and therefore invites your company to compile and submit a tender to undertake the works.

Works are expected to commence on site late October 2020
