Tender Description
The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking a supplier to create a concept for repurposing and revitalisation of the old Buffalo site at Wigley Reserve, based on the information collected during phase one of community engagement which was undertaken in 2019. The contractor will play a major role with phase two of community engagement and following feedback received from the community on their preferred design, prepare the final detailed designs with indicative costings ready for a construction tender.
