Lease of Land - St Andrews

⁠⁠⁠Waimate District Council invites tenders for the lease of 3.4 ha (more or less) of land situated on the St Andrews Recreation Reserve described as Part Reserve 4957 BLK XVI Otaio SD BLK IV Patiti SD being the fenced off area at the southern end of the reserve.

Tenders to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed ‘Tender for Land’ and lodged no later than 4pm on Friday 2 October 2020 at Waimate District Council offices 125 Queen Street, Waimate 7924.

The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
