Tender Description
The Project site is located at Westend Oval Sports Precinct, 89 to 115 Merrigal Street, Griffith NSW.
Altus Group is engaged as the project manager for Griffith Regional Sports Precinct, Stage One project which includes Westend Oval Development.
On behalf of Griffith City Council, we are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Design and Building (D&C) Contractors with experience in the design and delivery of sports indoor and outdoor sporting facilities to register for the undertaking of the Detailed Design and Construction of the project.
