1. Purpose & Objectives of RFI

• Provide an automated, easily navigable workflow to guide internal buyers, approvers, procurement staff, suppliers and contract managers through the end to end source to contract procurement activities of Hunter Water in accordance with procurement policy and processes, whether self-managed or procurement-led.
• Drive and manage compliance to procurement processes and governing legislations.
• Provide transparency of procurement activity, contracts and suppliers to all staff involved in procurement activities.
• Support easy supplier set up and ensure risk and compliance requirements are effectively managed.
• Drive improved supplier performance management and contract management through workflow automation and centralised, reportable data.
• Establish management reporting capability to improve procurement decision making and management
