Inner West Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for REOI 03-20 Cooks to Cove Greenway
Design and Construction
The related works generally comprise design and construction of public parklands and shared paths, including elevated paths and pedestrian tunnels, as well as associated lighting, utility adjustments and landscaping within or adjacent to the Inner West Light Rail Corridor.
Organisations who are successfully shortlisted through this Expression of Interest process will be invited to submit tenders for the work in early 2021.
There will be two non-mandatory project briefings held on Tuesday 29 September and 1 October 2020 at 9:30 AM. Respondents wishing to attend must register their interest with Councils EOI Contact Person, Mary Bessant; procurement@innerwest.nsw.gov.au Participants are reminded of Covid-19 precautions particularly social distancing.
