The Principal is seeking Tenders from suitable Contractors to form a Plant Supply & Service Panel. The Requirements of this Request are for the Supply of Plant and Civil Services. The Requirements shall consist of, but not be limited to: WET HIRE & Possible DRY HIRE– Graders / Rollers / Water Carts / Trucks / Excavators / Loaders / Backhoe / Skid Steer Loader etc.
The Contract is proposed to be awarded to dual Tenderers to form a Plant Supply & Service Panel of “Primary and Secondary” Service Providers who best demonstrates the ability to provide quality services at a competitive price. The tendered prices will be assessed together with qualitative and compliance criteria to determine the most advantageous outcome to the Principal.
