Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Supply and installation of Temporary Site Water & Sewer Infrastructure (GIT) package including:

Potable Water and Fire Temporary Works – Site Subcontractor Compound

The design and construct for the supply and installation of temporary potable water and fire supply from the existing potable water and fire mains infrastructure to the site subcontractor compound and associated areas.

Sewer and Tradewaste

The design and construct for the supply and installation of temporary sewer and Tradewaste supply. Installation to include but not limited to temporary sewer pump station, grease traps and above ground sewerage holding tanks to allow removal from site. The temporary infrastructure to support the site subcontractor compound and associated areas.

Stormwater

The design and construct for the supply and installation of temporary roof water drainage system to the site subcontractor compound and associated areas. Discharge of the system to existing stormwater swale adjacent compound via pre cast concrete head wall and scour pads.
