Tender Description
Supply and installation of Early Works Services within shared trench including:
HV/LV Electrical
The supply and installation of electrical high voltage and low voltage underground conduits, pits and warning marker tape and markers. The
successful subcontractor is to co-ordinate the installation of the conduits and pits with the civil subcontractor.
Potable and Recycled Water Mains
The supply, installation and testing of the in ground 150mm Potable water and 225mm Recycled water site ring main pipework infrastructure including branch off takes to buildings. The successful subcontractor is to co-ordinate the installation with the civil subcontractor.
LPG Mains
The supply, installation and testing of the in ground 150mm LPG site ring main pipework infrastructure including branch off takes to buildings. The successful subcontractor is to co-ordinate the installation with the civil subcontractor.
Sewer Mains
The supply, installation and testing of the permitter gravity sewer mains 150mm and 225mm pipework infrastructure including Sewer manhole installation and branch off takes to buildings. The successful subcontractor is to co-ordinate the installation with the civil subcontractor.
Chilled Water
The supply, installation and testing of the in ground 400mm site ring main pre insulated chilled water pipework infrastructure including branch off takes to buildings and chiller plant room. The successful subcontractor is to co-ordinate the installation of the conduits and pits with the civil subcontractor.
Communications and Security
The supply and installation of communication underground conduits, pits and warning tape and markers. The successful subcontractor is to co-ordinate the installation of the conduits and pits with the civil subcontractor.
