Tender Description

Upper Hunter Shire Council is calling for quotes from suitably qualified contractors to construct an access ramp and minor alterations at Merriwa Medical Centre. The Scope of works

The Works include the following:

Mark space and provide signage for dedicated ambulance parking only
Construction of ramp at rear of building for ambulance trolley use. 1000mm handrail to be included and to be slip resistant
Replace existing window with new sliding glass door with Crimsafe security screens or the like
Remove existing hot water service and install a new hot water service on back waiting room wall
Increase the door ways for consultation room 1 and nurses station room
Provide railing on front ramp to block access to non-compliant ramp
Touch up paintwork
