Tender Description
Bridge Housing Limited is a tier 1 Community Housing Provider based in Sydney, NSW and is responsible for the property management of approximately 3600 residential properties throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. The properties include houses, town houses, apartments and pensioner units, we are also responsible for maintaining the buildings and common areas at these properties. Some apartments are in high-rise developments.
Bridge Housing is seeking tenders for the provision of responsive, planned and vacant maintenance services, and lawns grounds and cleaning services of which the requirements are described in the Technical Specifications.
