Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the provision of security services to Woollahra Municipal Council buildings, facilities, depots and parks including Kiaora Place shopping precinct, for a period of five (5) years with the option for one extension of the contract of five (5) years, to give a possible total contract duration of ten (10) years, subject to the performance of the Contractor and Council’s requirements at the time.

The contract will be on the basis of a fixed annual price, invoiced monthly. There is provision for annual (CPI) price reviews and additional charges for any work deemed to be outside the scope of the maintenance program.

The Services to be carried out shall be all as set out and/or described in the Contract under the specifications section.

Part 1: Daily Security Services

Services to be provided under this Contract comprise security patrols, alarm response including duress alarm, opening and lock up of Council buildings and parks.

Part 2: New Year’s Eve Security Services:

Services to be provided under this Contract comprise all security services for New Year’s Eve festivities within the LGA.

Part 3: Kiaora Place Security Services

Services to be provides includes on site guards at Kiaora place during the evening and nights and regular patrols including opening & closing of bollards.
