Tender Description
T252021OROC Supply and Delivery of Bitumen Emulsion is a single source tender to the following Councils:
- Bogan Shire Council
- Bourke Shire Council
- Brewarrina Shire Council
- Cobar Shire Council
- Coonamble Shire Council
- Gilgandra Shire Council
- Narromine Shire Council
- Walgett Shire Council
- Warren Shire Council
- Warrumbungle Shire Council
- Mid Western Regional Council
Term:
This Agreement commences on 1 January 2021 and will conclude on 31 December 2022 (24 months). The Principal may by 30 days written notice to the Service Provider extend this Agreement for an additional 12 months.
INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 29 September 2020.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via our etendering portal until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 including GST.
